Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a logistics project lead to drive end-to-end warehouse initiatives in Singapore. You will manage onboarding, ramp-ups, site transfers, and transitions, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure successful implementations.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in a related field and at least 3 years of logistics or contract logistics experience, with preference for 3PL exposure. Basic benefits and AWS are included with a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, supply chain, or contract logistics operations.
• Proven experience in warehouse implementation, customer onboarding, start-up operations, or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics and warehouse projects, including planning, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Manage new customer onboarding, warehouse ramp-ups, site transfers, and operational transitions.
• Coordinate with customers, operations, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and operational readiness.
• Support WMS, ERP, warehouse automation, and digitalisation projects, including UAT and system implementation.
• Prepare project reports, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
