Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager (M&E/Kitchen Equipment) in West – Kian Teck Way. 8.30am–5.30pm, permanent role with a competitive salary and benefits.

You will develop project plans, manage budgets, coordinate teams, and ensure safe, compliant site execution with proper handover documentation. Five years in M&E and proficiency in MS Project are required.

Qualifications

• At least five years of M&E project experience including schedules, site execution, subcontractors and delivery.
• Proficient in MS Project (or similar) and Microsoft Office.
• Commercial kitchen equipment industry background is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; manage scope, schedule, resources, and issues.
• Coordinate project teams, assign tasks, and track progress.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide updates on status, risks, and issues.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks/issues to prevent disruption.
• Conduct regular site inspections; ensure subcontractors work safely.
• Inspect equipment delivered to site; arrange inspections and manage documentation for handover/completion.

• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7,000 + Transport Allowance $700 + Mobile Claimable up to $100 + Variable Bonus + Up to 18 days annual leave + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300
