Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer (M&E / Fit-Out) to manage projects from contract award to installation and handover at West – Kian Teck Way and project sites. A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering with at least 3 years of experience is required.

You will review drawings, coordinate equipment delivery and supervise subcontractors, ensuring progress, quality and safety. Travel islandwide and after-hours site attendance may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering discipline is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant project engineering experience.
• Experience in kitchen equipment, M&E, construction or fit-out projects is advantageous.
• Ability to interpret architectural, M&E and technical drawings.
• Willingness to travel islandwide and support after-hours site requirements when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from contract award to installation and handover.
• Review drawings, specifications and M&E requirements.
• Coordinate equipment delivery and site installation with relevant parties.
• Supervise subcontractors and monitor project progress, quality and safety.
• Resolve technical and site coordination issues.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and rectification works.
• Prepare project reports, variation claims and handover documents.
• Attend project meetings and provide progress updates.

Education

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering discipline

Minimum 3 years of relevant project engineering experience
