Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Tuas, Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to support managers and engineers in daily coordination, manage project documents, and track submissions.

You will coordinate equipment orders, deliveries, site installations, monitor progress, ensure safety docs, and assist with handover packages.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination for construction, M&E, or hospitality kitchen equipment.
• Internship candidates welcome for relevant roles.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Engineers in daily project coordination and administration.
• Prepare, maintain, and track project documents, submissions, RFIs, delivery orders, and progress reports.
• Coordinate equipment orders, deliveries, logistics, and installation schedules with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure timely completion of works.
• Ensure required safety documents, including risk assessments and safe work procedures, are properly maintained.
• Prepare handover documents such as O&M manuals and warranty certificates, and assist with progress claims and billing.
• Conduct regular site visits, identify project issues, and follow up with the relevant parties for resolution.

• Salary $3200 - $3700
• Location: Tuas
• Bonus (1 to 1.5 months)
• Mon - Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Engineers in daily project coordination and administration.
