Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale LTA infrastructure and civil engineering projects in Singapore. You will oversee planning, cost, quality, safety, and resources, coordinating with authorities, consultants and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with 10+ years of relevant experience and a proven track record on major infrastructure schemes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in construction/project management.
• Proven experience managing LTA, MRT, road, rail, infrastructure or other major civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, construction methods, contract administration and site coordination.
• Experience working with LTA / government authorities and consultants will be highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple project requirements and lead teams in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall delivery of LTA infrastructure / civil engineering projects from planning through completion.
• Manage project programme, cost, quality, safety and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate closely with LTA, consultants, authorities, subcontractors and internal project teams.
• Oversee construction activities and ensure works comply with contract requirements, approved drawings, specifications and statutory standards.
• Review construction methodologies, drawings, technical submissions and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and resolve technical, contractual and site issues.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage subcontractors and consultants, including performance, progress and contractual matters.
• Provide regular updates to Management and ensure project objectives are achieved.

Our client is a leading A1 Main Contractor with an established track record in building, civil, and infrastructure projects across Singapore. Due to continued project wins and expansion, they are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects.

• Location: Depending on Project
• Working days: 5.5 Days
• Salary : up to S$10,000 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
