Job summary

BAYES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Civil/Structural engineering professional to lead site progress, manpower planning, and resource deployment on government and LTA projects.

You will coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, consultants and authorities, oversee design development and ensure safety and quality through method statements and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience with an A1/A2 Main-Contractor on LTA/Governmental projects.
• Degree/Diploma and above in Civil, Architectural or relevant engineering discipline.
• Advanced knowledge of local code of practice of design implementation.
• PEB-recognized education an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Leads site progress, manpower planning, and resource deployment (manpower, machinery, equipment, material), including project planning, scheduling, and evaluation of project resources.
• Coordinates with clients, sub-contractors, consultants, and authorities on project progress and technical issues, leading a team of supervisors/foremen for works coordination and resolving discrepancies and problems arising during construction.
• Involved in design‑related work including Civil Structure Design (CSD) / Structural, Electrical and Mechanical (SEM) design development, liaising with consultants on construction and as‑built drawings, design analysis, and design checks for approval.
• Prepares method statements, construction sequences, and risk assessments for project implementation, including proposing remedial actions for structures affected by work activities, and attends weekly progress/design coordination meetings with clients and consultants on methodology and quality control.
