Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. in Singapore (Tuas) is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead major infrastructure projects from planning through completion.

You will develop schedules and resource plans, supervise site operations, manage budgets and claims, and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

A background of 8–10 years in civil/infrastructure is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in civil/infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil/infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
• Develop schedules, method statements and resource plans.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise site operations and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors.
• Oversee drainage, sewerage, utilities and other civil works.
• Conduct site inspections for quality, safety and compliance.
• Manage budgets, variation claims and progress payments.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with WSH and quality standards.

Working hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday), 8am - 12pm (Saturday)

Job Scope

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead civil engineering and infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
• Develop project schedules, method statements and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required.

Site & Construction Management

• Supervise site operations and coordinate with engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Oversee structural, drainage, sewerage, utility and other civil works.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety and compliance with approved drawings and requirements.

Contract & Stakeholder Management

• Manage project budgets, variation claims, subcontractor claims and progress payments.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and relevant authorities.
• Attend site and progress meetings and resolve technical or operational issues.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, quality standards and statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper project documentation, reports and records.

Requirement
