Job summary

BAYES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced construction professional to lead or support the site team on major LTA civil infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will ensure execution aligns with schedule, quality, and cost targets while guiding subcontractors.

The role emphasizes proactive risk planning, adherence to MOM safety rules, and active safety inspections. You will also address customer concerns and drive continuous improvement on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering, Technical or Architectural discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience with a main-contractor, government/public sector projects (LTA, PUB, HDB).

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the site construction team to ensure smooth project execution per schedule.
• Oversee daily site activities, guiding subordinates to meet material and workmanship requirements.
• Plan ahead to resolve potential site issues before they impact cost, schedule, or quality.
• Follow up on customer complaints and assess risks from work processes.
• Ensure MOM safety rules compliance and conduct periodic safety inspections of subcontractors.

Job description

• To lead/support the site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work for major LTA Civil Infrastructure Projects across the Public Sector

• Responsible for daily execution of work at site, according to schedule, guide subordinates on checking of work to meet the material and workmanship requirements

• To plan ahead of schedule so that site problems can be resolved before they have impact on cost, overall schedule and quality

• Follow up on customer complaints. Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities

• Ensure full compliance of MOM safety rules and conduct periodic safety inspections on safety performance of all subcontractors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and above in an Engineering, Technical or Architectural discipline

• At least 7-10 years of prior experience with a main-contractor environment, having worked on Governmental/Public sector projects (LTA, PUB, HDB)
