Job summary

Leading A1 Main Contractor in Singapore seeks a Planning Engineer / Senior Planning Engineer to lead scheduling across major LTA civil infrastructure projects. You will develop master programmes, monitor milestones, and coordinate with PMs and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil/Construction and 5+ years of planning experience with main contractors, with strong Primavera P6 and CPM skills for MRT/tunnelling projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction planning experience with Main Contractors on major civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience in LTA MRT Stations, Tunnelling, Underground Structures or major Civil Infrastructure construction projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 with baseline program development, schedule updates and critical path analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master construction programmes, baseline schedules and detailed work programmes for major LTA civil infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and update Primavera P6 schedules, monitor progress, milestones, critical paths and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, construction teams, consultants and subcontractors to establish construction sequences, resource requirements and project schedules.
• Monitor actual progress against approved programmes, identify delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct critical path analysis, delay assessments, progress forecasting and recovery planning to support timely project delivery.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, programme updates, planning presentations and documentation for meetings.

Lead Construction Planning & Scheduling Across Major LTA Civil Infrastructure Projects

Company: Leading A1 Main Contractor

Position: Planning Engineer / Senior Planning Engineer

Working Week: Monday – Friday, 5 Days per Week

Salary: Up to SGD 8,500 (Highly Negotiable)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proficient in Primavera P6, including baseline programme development, schedule updates and critical path analysis.


• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, resource planning, progress monitoring, delay analysis and recovery programmes.


• Good understanding of LTA project requirements, construction workflows and planning procedures, with strong coordination, analytical and reporting capabilities.
