ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major LTA civil and infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will oversee planning, execution and delivery, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality and safety standards are met while coordinating with LTA, consultants, authorities and subcontractors.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant construction or project management experience.
• Proven experience in LTA, MRT, road, rail or major civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of LTA civil and infrastructure projects, ensuring completion within schedule, budget, quality and safety requirements.
• Manage project programmes, resources, construction methodologies and overall site operations.
• Coordinate with LTA, consultants, authorities, subcontractors and internal project teams.
• Review construction drawings, technical submissions and work methodologies to ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
• Monitor project progress, costs and performance, identifying risks and resolving technical or site issues.
• Manage subcontractor performance and coordinate contractual and operational matters.
• Lead project meetings, provide progress updates to Management and ensure project milestones are achieved.

Our client is an established A1 main contractor in Singapore with a strong track record in building, civil and infrastructure projects. Due to continued project wins and business expansion, they are seeking experienced Project Managers to oversee the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of LTA civil and infrastructure projects, ensuring completion within schedule, budget, quality and safety requirements.
• Manage project programmes, resources, construction methodologies and overall site operations.
• Coordinate with LTA, consultants, authorities, subcontractors and internal project teams.
• Review construction drawings, technical submissions and work methodologies to ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
• Monitor project progress, costs and performance, identifying risks and resolving technical or site issues.
• Manage subcontractor performance and coordinate contractual and operational matters.
• Lead project meetings, provide progress updates to Management and ensure project milestones are achieved.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant construction or project management experience.
• Proven experience in LTA, MRT, road, rail or major civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, contract administration and site coordination.
• Experience liaising with LTA, government authorities and consultants will be advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Other Information

• Location: Project site, depending on project assignment
• Working days: 5.5 days per week
• Salary: Up to S$10,000 + variable bonus, negotiable based on experience and qualifications
