Argyll Scott is seeking a Debit Cards Product Manager to join our consulting division in Singapore. You will own the product end to end, from strategy and value proposition to portfolio performance, collaborating with the bank's marketing, digital, operations, risk, compliance and technology teams.

Your first mission is already secured: a global payments technology leader, managing the debit card portfolio of a bank client in Singapore. This is a consultant role deployed on client missions.

Formación

• 3+ years of product management, ideally in cards (debit, credit or prepaid).
• Analytical and data driven in decision making.
• Attention to detail on accuracy and compliance.
• Comfortable with process mapping and managing several projects at once.
• Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder skills across business, operations, technology and schemes.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the customer value proposition and product enhancements from market research and customer feedback.
• Track portfolio KPIs and use data to improve acquisition, engagement, customer experience and profitability.
• Manage the product budget and resource allocation.
• Design and improve the processes behind the product, with process maps and flowcharts.
• Work with marketing, digital, operations, risk, compliance, technology and card schemes.

We are building our consulting team and are looking for a Debit Cards Product Manager to join us as a consultant, deployed on client missions. Your first mission is already secured: a global payments technology leader, managing the debit card portfolio of a bank client in Singapore.
