Zusammenfassung

Well-Established Singapore ACMV Engineering SME is seeking a Project Manager – ACMV / M&E to lead full lifecycle delivery of engineering projects in Jurong West. You will manage budgets, schedules, approvals, and safety compliance while coordinating with clients, suppliers and internal teams.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of PM experience in ACMV/M&E or construction, with strong leadership and communication skills to drive on-time, on-budget

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant project management experience in ACMV, M&E or construction.
• Experience in local private residential and commercial building projects an advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction standards, quality implementation and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark Assessment an advantage.
• Strong project planning, coordination, budgeting and cost-control skills.
• Good communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple project activities and work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.

Aufgaben

• Review project budgets and handover documents to ensure alignment with policies and standards.
• Manage the full project lifecycle to deliver on schedule, within budget and ISO compliant.
• Guide and supervise Project Engineers and Supervisors in planning, execution, coordination and delivery.
• Monitor site progress against schedules and address delays with preventive or corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and quality standards.
• Conduct weekly project meetings and submit minutes to the Project Director.
• Prepare project cost estimates, monitor progress claims and interim payments.
• Review internal submissions such as material requisitions, labour reports and cost forecasts.
• Attend meetings with clients, main contractors, consultants, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Work with Engineering to define procedures, scope, schedules and sequences of work.
• Coordinate FAT, testing, commissioning, user training and handover.
• Oversee procurement and delivery of equipment per schedules.
• Manage Variations Orders (VOs), quotations and claims for timely approvals.
• Prepare weekly progress reports, revenue forecasts and budget reviews.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones.
• Manage cash flow, stock control and payment collection.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and minimize overdue amounts.
• Provide guidance and training to Project Engineers and Supervisors on procedures and policies.
• Undertake other project-related duties as required.

Job Description

• Position: Project Manager – ACMV / M&E

Main Responsibilities

• Review project budgets and sales handover documents to ensure alignment with company policies, statutory requirements, contract specifications and applicable standards.
• Manage the full project lifecycle to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and in compliance with ISO requirements.
• Guide and supervise Project Engineers and Supervisors in project planning, execution, coordination and delivery.
• Monitor site progress against project schedules, identify potential delays and implement appropriate preventive or corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements, site safety practices and established quality standards.
• Conduct weekly project meetings, coordinate with project teams and submit meeting minutes to the Project Director.
• Prepare project cost estimates, monitor progress claims and interim payment certificates, and review payment responses.
• Review internal submissions, including material requisitions, weekly labour reports, staff claims and project cost forecasts.
• Attend commercial and technical meetings and coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Engineering team to establish work procedures, project scope, schedules and work sequences.
• Coordinate Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), testing and commissioning, user training and project handover to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee equipment procurement and delivery to ensure materials and equipment are available according to project schedules.
• Manage Variation Orders (VOs), quotations and claims, ensuring timely submission and follow-up for approval.
• Prepare weekly project progress reports, quarterly revenue forecasts and half-yearly budget reviews.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones and monitor progress against contractual requirements and deadlines.
• Manage project cash flow, material stock control and payment collection to support healthy project financial performance.
• Follow up on outstanding payment responses and work with relevant parties to minimise overdue payments from main contractors and clients.
• Provide guidance and training to Project Engineers and Supervisors to ensure compliance with company procedures, policies and regulations.
• Undertake other project-related duties and assignments as required.

Requirements
