Job summary

Achieve Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of HDB BTO, residential and building projects in Singapore. You will oversee planning, execution, cost control and stakeholder liaison across multiple sites, ensuring safety, quality and on-time completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in building construction.
• Experience delivering HDB BTO, public housing or large-scale residential projects is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration, scheduling and cost management.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of delivering HDB and building projects from planning through completion; meet safety, quality, cost and schedule goals.
• Manage project teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve milestones.
• Develop and monitor schedules, resource plans, procurement strategies and construction methods.
• Oversee site operations to ensure compliance with design, contract requirements and standards.
• Manage budgets, cost control, variation orders and financial performance across the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, authorities and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, implement mitigations and resolve technical/operational issues.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management on cost, quality, safety and performance.

Our client is a leading A1 Main Contractor with a strong portfolio of HDB BTO, residential, and building projects across Singapore. Due to an expanding pipeline of projects, they are looking for experienced Project Managers to lead end-to-end project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the successful delivery of HDB and building projects from planning through completion, ensuring project objectives for safety, quality, cost, and schedule are achieved.
• Manage project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives and milestones.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, resource plans, procurement strategies, and construction methodologies.
• Oversee site operations and construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, variation orders, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and key stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, implement mitigation measures, and proactively resolve technical and operational issues.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management on progress, cost, quality, safety, and project performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in building construction projects.
• Proven track record managing projects from planning through completion.
• Experience managing HDB BTO, public housing, or large-scale residential building projects will be highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration, project scheduling, and cost management.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Other Information

• Location: Depending on Project
• Salary : up to S$11,000 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
