Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD client seeks a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of HDB and building projects in Singapore. You will manage teams, consultants, and budgets to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets, with strong emphasis on collaboration across stakeholders.

You will drive project planning, scheduling, procurement, and construction methodologies while maintaining client relationships and risk control.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in building construction projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects from planning through completion.
• Experience with HDB BTO, public housing, or large-scale residential projects is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the successful delivery of HDB and building projects from planning through completion.
• Manage project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve objectives and milestones.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, resource plans, procurement strategies, and construction methodologies.
• Oversee site operations and construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, variation orders, and financial performance throughout the lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and key stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, implement mitigation measures, and resolve issues.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management on progress, cost, quality, safety, and performance.

Our client is a leading A1 Main Contractor with a strong portfolio of HDB BTO, residential, and building projects across Singapore. Due to an expanding pipeline of projects, they are looking for experienced Project Managers to lead end-to-end project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the successful delivery of HDB and building projects from planning through completion, ensuring project objectives for safety, quality, cost, and schedule are achieved.
• Manage project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives and milestones.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, resource plans, procurement strategies, and construction methodologies.
• Oversee site operations and construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, variation orders, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and key stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, implement mitigation measures, and proactively resolve technical and operational issues.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management on progress, cost, quality, safety, and project performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in building construction projects.
• Proven track record managing projects from planning through completion.
• Experience managing HDB BTO, public housing, or large-scale residential building projects will be highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration, project scheduling, and cost management.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Other Information

• Location: Depending on Project
• Working days: 5.5 Days
• Salary : up to S$11,000 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
