Job summary

Our client, a leading main contractor in Singapore, is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead end-to-end delivery of HDB and residential building projects. The role requires ownership from planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule adherence.

You will manage project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, and develop schedules, resource plans, and procurement strategies while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in building construction projects.
• Experience managing HDB BTO, public housing, or large-scale residential building projects is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the successful delivery of HDB and building projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Manage project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve milestones.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, resource plans, procurement strategies, and construction methodologies.
• Oversee site operations and construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and contractual standards.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, variation orders, and financial performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, implement mitigations, and resolve issues.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on progress, cost, quality, safety.

Our client is a leading A1 Main Contractor with a strong portfolio of HDB BTO, residential, and building projects across Singapore. Due to an expanding pipeline of projects, they are looking for experienced Project Managers to lead end-to-end project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the successful delivery of HDB and building projects from planning through completion, ensuring project objectives for safety, quality, cost, and schedule are achieved.
• Manage project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives and milestones.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, resource plans, procurement strategies, and construction methodologies.
• Oversee site operations and construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, variation orders, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and key stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, implement mitigation measures, and proactively resolve technical and operational issues.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management on progress, cost, quality, safety, and project performance.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration, project scheduling, and cost management.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
