Job summary

Achieve Group, a leading contractor in Singapore, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery on HDB BTO and residential projects. You will oversee planning, procurement, scheduling, and on-site execution to meet safety, quality, cost and schedule goals.

The role requires a degreed engineer with 5+ years of PM experience in building construction, especially with large residential developments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in building construction projects.
• Proven track record managing projects from planning through completion.
• Experience with HDB BTO, public housing, or large-scale residential projects is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration, scheduling, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the successful delivery of HDB and building projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Lead project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve milestones and objectives.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, resource plans, procurement strategies, and construction methodologies.
• Oversee site operations and construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, contracts and regulatory standards.
• Manage budgets, cost control, variation orders, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and key stakeholders.
• Identify risks and mitigation measures; resolve technical and operational issues.
• Provide regular project updates and reports on progress, cost, quality, safety and performance to senior management.

Our client is a leading A1 Main Contractor with a strong portfolio of HDB BTO, residential, and building projects across Singapore. Due to an expanding pipeline of projects, they are looking for experienced Project Managers to lead end-to-end project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the successful delivery of HDB and building projects from planning through completion, ensuring project objectives for safety, quality, cost, and schedule are achieved.
• Manage project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives and milestones.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, resource plans, procurement strategies, and construction methodologies.
• Oversee site operations and construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, variation orders, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and key stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, implement mitigation measures, and proactively resolve technical and operational issues.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management on progress, cost, quality, safety, and project performance.

Requirements
