Job summary

BANEN ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer to coordinate construction and engineering activities on upcoming residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in Singapore.

You will monitor progress and ensure works align with the programme, while liaising with consultants and subcontractors to resolve site issues. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and knowledge of drawings, coordination and site operations, plus strong communication, coordination and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related construction discipline.
• Main Contractor experience is highly advantageous.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, technical coordination and site operations.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction, technical and engineering activities for building projects.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are delivered according to programme.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams.
• Review construction drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
• Resolve technical and site coordination issues to maintain project progress.
• Support inspections, documentation and project progress reporting.
