Job summary

AlpSoft Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced ICT project professional to drive assigned initiatives, manage risks, and coordinate with vendors across multiple workstreams in Singapore.

You will support contract renewals, technology refreshes, and governance alignment with PUB's digital strategy, ensuring adherence to policies and strong stakeholder partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent.
• 6+ years ICT experience with local project delivery; 3+ years in enterprise system implementation and vendor coordination.
• Strong governance and compliance experience in ICT environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus documentation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks aligned to the approved workplan and manage issues, risks, and dependencies across workstreams.
• Collaborate with OPL team and System Owners on contract renewal and technology refresh initiatives.
• Support solution option analysis and coordinate stakeholders and vendors.
• Support, standardise, and improve audit, exit audit, and annual self-assessment activities across OPL systems.
• Co-lead process improvement and automation, e.g., license management for applications.
• Establish robust governance frameworks to ensure compliance with Government ICT policies and risk management.
• Foster partnerships with stakeholders to support smooth system implementations and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks aligned to the approved workplan and deliver assigned initiatives, including tracking, managing, and escalating issues, risks, and dependencies across workstreams.

• Work closely withOPL teamand System Owners on contract renewal and technology refresh initiatives, including:

• Supporting solutionoptionanalysis; and

• Coordinating stakeholders and vendors.

• Support, standardise, and improve audit, exit audit, and annualself-assessmentactivities across OPL systems, including opportunities for workflow automation.

• Co-lead process improvement and automation. For example:

• Process optimisation in license management for applications.

• Standardise and improve application hardening,third party audit, exit audit and annual self-assessment; and

• Workflow automation to support reviews such as application logs, user access andmatrix, password management.

• Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks to ensure compliance with Government ICT policies, security standards, and risk management requirements.

• Foster strong partnerships with operational and planning stakeholders to support smooth system implementations and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with PUB's digital strategy.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or engineering degree.

• At least6years of ICT experience withdemonstratedlocalproject delivery success, with minimally3 years provenlocaltrack recordin enterprise system implementation and vendorcoordination.

• Strong follow-throughand disciplinein tracking issuesand actionsacrossmultipleworkstreams.

• Familiaritywith governanceandcompliancein ICT environments.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and presentation slides.
