Job summary

Vinova PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned ICT lead to manage enterprise initiatives, align workplans with PUB’s digital strategy, and drive process improvements to ensure compliance and successful delivery.

You will coordinate stakeholders, monitor risks and dependencies, support contract renewals and technology refresh, and foster governance across OPL systems while promoting automation and security best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 6+ years of ICT experience in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise system implementation.
• Familiarity with governance and compliance in ICT environments.
• Working knowledge of cloud environments and cloud-hosted projects.
• Professional certifications such as CITPM, PMP, or Agile.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks aligned to approved workplans and manage issues, risks, and dependencies across workstreams.
• Collaborate with OPL team and System Owners to support contract renewal and technology refresh initiatives.
• Standardize and improve audit, exit audit, and annual self-assessment activities across OPL systems.
• Co-lead process improvement and automation efforts, including license management and application hardening.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance with ICT policies, security standards, and risk management requirements.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth system implementations and continuous improvement aligned with PUB’s digital strategy.

Job Summary

• Execute tasks aligned to approved workplans, delivering assigned initiatives while tracking, managing, and escalating issues, risks, and dependencies across workstreams
• Collaborate closely with OPL team and System Owners to support contract renewal and technology refresh initiatives by analyzing solution options and coordinating stakeholders and vendors
• Standardize and improve audit, exit audit, and annual self-assessment activities across OPL systems, identifying opportunities for workflow automation
• Co-lead process improvement and automation efforts, including optimizing license management processes, enhancing application hardening, and automating reviews of application logs, user access, and password management
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance with Government ICT policies, security standards, and risk management requirements
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with operational and planning stakeholders to facilitate smooth system implementations and drive continuous improvement aligned with PUB’s digital strategy

Preferred competencies and qualifications
