Job summary

optimum solutions pte ltd in Singapore seeks a governance-focused ICT professional to lead multi-workstream initiatives, renewals, and technology refresh programs. You will collaborate with System Owners, vendors, and stakeholders to analyse options, coordinate efforts, and drive automation across audits and compliance.

The role emphasizes process improvement, licensing optimisation, and strong governance to align with government policies and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 6 years of ICT experience with demonstrated success in local project delivery, including a minimum of 3 years of proven local experience in enterprise system implementation and vendor coordination.
• Strong follow-through and discipline in tracking issues and actions across multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with governance and compliance requirements within ICT environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare documentation and presentation slides.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks in accordance with the approved workplan and deliver assigned initiatives, including tracking, managing, and escalating issues, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Work closely with the team and System Owners on contract renewal and technology refresh initiatives, including: supporting analysis of solution options; coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.
• Support, standardise, and enhance audit, exit audit, and annual self-assessment activities across systems, including identifying opportunities for workflow automation.
• Co-lead process improvement and automation initiatives, for example: Optimising licence management processes for applications; Standardising and improving application hardening, third-party audits, exit audits, and annual self-assessments; Automating workflows to support reviews such as application logs, user access and matrix reviews, and password management.
• Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks to ensure compliance with Government ICT policies, security standards, and risk management requirements.
• Build strong partnerships with operational and planning stakeholders to support smooth system implementations and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with client’s digital strategy.
