Job summary

TOSS-EX PR PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced ICT Project Manager who will manage enterprise application development and operations, ICT governance and performance management. The role oversees a portfolio of maintenance and development projects from governance to vendor management and contracts.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication skills, and a track record in SDLC projects, with the ability to drive stakeholders and ensure SLA alignment for critical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years in ICT experience and minimum 3 years in leading ICT application projects and managing project teams.
• Full Time involvement in at least 1 x SDLC.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, excellent technical written and SDLC project documentation.
• Project planning, analytical thinking and strong problem solving and project management skills.
• Self-motivate and ability to work independently with leadership.
• Experience in leading support teams in troubleshooting application and/or infrastructure issues.
• Relevant ICT certifications: PMP, CITPM.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the procurement of ICT products and services, and management of vendor services and contracts.
• Lead and drive a team of project managers and vendors to deliver ICT application services from conception to support and operation.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements, policies and international standards for governance, finance and performance.
• Manage and communicate with key holders on operational support daily.
• Identify operational gaps and drive to ensure closure.

Job description

Looking for an individual whom is passionate about technology. To take a proactive approach towards managing enterprise application development and operation, ICT governance and performance management. Good people skills are essential, as he/she will have to manage a portfolio of maintenance and development projects. He/she will require good end-to-end understanding of the development of a mission critical system, from network infra structure, operating systems, database storage to web application. These includes management of proper project governance processes, managing project stakeholders, end users and vendor management and their respective contracts.

He/she will be responsible for managing and monitoring Service Level Agreement's (SLA) requirements to ensure the contractual requirements level are met. To maintain long term healthy customer relationships, acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams. The role requires the demonstration of independence and strong leadership abilities to drive, excel and achieve goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the procurement of ICT products and services, as well as management of vendor services and contracts, to ensure ICT governance and services are delivered on time, within budget and meets operation requirements
• Lead and drive a team project managers and vendors in the effective delivery of ICT application services from project conceptualisation through to support maintenance and operation
• Meeting compliance to tender requirement, policy and international standards to ensure that project / systems meets proper governance, financial and performance requirement
• Manage and communicate with key holders on operational support daily
• Identify operational gaps and drive to ensure closure, both internally and externally

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years in relevant ICT experience and minimum 3 years in leading ICT application projects and managing project teams.
• Full Time involvement in at least 1 x SDLC
• Strong communication and presentation skill, excellent technical written and SDLC project documentation.
