Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise applications.
• Strong governance across incident, change, and release.
• Knowledge of GCC on AWS and GitLab.
• Familiarity with payment systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day PayBCA operations and support.
• Lead warranty and issue resolution with vendors.
• Plan onboarding of new e-services to PayBCA.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate needs.
• Support user acceptance testing and change management.
• Assist Finance with payment ops, reporting, audits.
• Monitor budget utilization and risks.
• Prioritize enhancement requests.
• Coordinate releases and deployments.
• Monitor cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance.
• Oversee vendor performance and SLAs.
• Provide updates to Deputy Director and stakeholders.
• Promote process improvements and cross-team collaboration.
• Manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Engage stakeholders with strong communication.
