Job summary

ADVANTEST (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Project Manager to support semiconductor equipment projects in Singapore. You will coordinate with US, Singapore and Taiwan teams, manage OSAT production status, and lead customer meetings to deliver technical solutions.

The role requires 1–3 years of PM experience in semiconductors, a degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Software), and strong English and Mandarin communication skills to interact with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years PM experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Degree in software, electrical or mechanical engineering with SW/R&D project exposure preferred.
• Strong English and Mandarin communication for international meetings.

Responsibilities

• Global coordination bridging US, Singapore and Taiwan teams.

• Lead meetings with Design House customers and provide technical solutions.
• Support on-site validation in collaboration with R&D and Field Service.
• Daily status updates with US team at 7:30 AM Singapore Time.
• Occasional short-notice travel for project needs.

We are a global semiconductor test equipment supplier seeking a motivated Project Manager to support equipment projects in Singapore. This role works closely with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to ensure successful execution of customer projects at OSAT sites.

Job responsibilities

• Global Coordination: Bridge US headquarters and Singapore teams to ensure project alignment and execution with harmonizing with Taiwan team.
• OSAT Management: Manage equipment consignment and production status at major OSATs.
• Customer Interface: Lead meetings with Design House customers to fulfill requirements and provide technical solutions.
• On-site Validation: Collaborate with R&D and Field Service teams to support new product verification, including hands-on work in cleanroom environments when required.
• Daily Reporting: Conduct daily sync calls with the US team at 7:30 AM (Singapore Time) to update production and project status.
• Agile Travel: Support short-notice domestic travel for project needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Software Engineering, or a related engineering discipline is required.
• Experience: 1-3 years of project management experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Technical Background: Degree in Software, Electric or Mechanical Engineering, with experience working with SW R&D on a project is preferred.
• Language: Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are required, as the role involves leading international meetings and frequent interaction with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, customers, and business partners.
• Flexibility: Comfortable working in cleanrooms and managing time-zone-specific meeting schedules.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, cross-functional integration, and customer management skills.
