Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead manufacturing projects from planning through delivery. The role focuses on schedule, budget, and cross-functional coordination across engineers, technicians, and key stakeholders.

You will act as the main point of contact, build client and supplier relationships, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget project outcomes. A diploma or degree is required with at least five years in PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong network in semiconductor, life sciences, or medical markets.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with timelines, resources, and budget controls.
• Drive projects to timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, and stakeholders.

• Oversee expenditure and maintain budgetary control; provide financial reports to leadership.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans encompassing timelines, resource allocation, and budget controls
• Drive projects to successful completion ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget at all times
• Lead, inspire, and coordinate cross-functional teams comprising engineers, technicians, and key stakeholders
• Foster a high-performance and collaborative working culture that encourages accountability and excellence
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with internal and external parties
• Build and manage strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies throughout the project lifecycle
• Proactively identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies ahead of time
• Continuously monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery
• Ensure all project deliverables consistently meet the highest quality standards required
• Develop and enforce quality control measures and procedures across all project phases
• Oversee project expenditure and maintain strict budgetary control throughout the project duration
• Provide regular and accurate financial reports to the Sales Director and senior management
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date project documentation at all times
• Deliver regular project status updates to the Sales Director and all relevant stakeholders
