Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, programme coordination or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong coordination and organisational capabilities with ability to manage multiple workstreams and timelines.

• Drive the execution and coordination of digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules, track milestones and oversee deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Liaise with internal teams, external partners and industry stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and facilitate smooth project execution.
• Produce professional presentation decks, project updates and reports to communicate progress to senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate executive-level meetings, including agenda development and documentation of key discussions.
• Collaborate with communications and programme teams to formulate stakeholder outreach, change management and digital adoption approaches.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops and events to promote awareness and participation in digital initiatives.
• Consolidate stakeholder feedback, assess challenges and recommend improvements to enhance programme effectiveness and technology adoption.
• Monitor project governance activities, maintain progress reports and escalate risks to ensure timely resolution.
• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, technology partners and sector organisations to drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Communications or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, consulting or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong project coordination and organisational capabilities, with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, monitor project milestones and deliver outcomes within established timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior management, external partners and diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Good understanding of digital transformation, stakeholder engagement, change management or technology adoption strategies, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Prior experience in the social service, public or community sector would be advantageous.
