Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex digital transformation programmes on time and within scope. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage expectations at senior levels, and drive governance across projects.

This role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to keep multiple workstreams on track while partnering with technology teams to ensure adoption and business outcomes.

Competenze

• At least 6 years of relevant working experience.
• Project / programme coordination or project management experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.
• Able to coordinate multiple workstreams and keep actions / deliverables on track.
• Comfortable working alongside digital / technology teams.
• Comfortable preparing materials for senior management / executive meetings.

What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will support:

• Planning and coordination of digital transformation programmes and multiple workstreams.
• Preparation of management-level presentations, briefs and communication materials.
