Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive digital transformation initiatives, coordinating across multiple workstreams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with programme objectives.

You will develop comprehensive project schedules, monitor milestones, prepare executive-facing updates, and coordinate with internal teams, external partners and industry stakeholders to advance adoption of digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, consulting or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong project coordination and organisational capabilities, with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, monitor milestones and deliver outcomes within established timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior management, external partners and diverse stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution and coordination of digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with programme objectives, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules, track key milestones and oversee deliverables to ensure effective implementation across multiple initiatives.
• Liaise with internal teams, external partners and industry stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and facilitate smooth project execution.
• Produce professional presentation decks, project updates, briefing papers and reports to communicate programme progress to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate executive-level meetings, including agenda development, documentation of key discussions and monitoring of subsequent action items.
• Collaborate with communications and programme teams to formulate stakeholder outreach, change management and digital adoption approaches.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, industry showcases and networking events to promote awareness and participation in digital initiatives.
• Consolidate stakeholder feedback, assess implementation challenges and recommend improvements to enhance programme effectiveness and technology adoption.
• Monitor project governance activities, maintain progress reports and escape potential risks or issues to ensure timely resolution and accountability.
• Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, technology partners and sector organisations to encourage continuous improvement and successful digital transformation outcomes.

Job Requirements
