Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive execution and coordination of digital transformation projects, aligning with programme objectives, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules, track milestones and oversee deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Liaise with internal teams, external partners and industry stakeholders to strengthen collaboration.
• Produce decks, updates, briefing papers and reports for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate executive-level meetings, agenda development and monitoring of action items.
• Collaborate with communications and programme teams on stakeholder outreach, change management and digital adoption.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, industry showcases and networking events.
• Consolidate stakeholder feedback, assess challenges and recommend improvements to enhance programme effectiveness and technology adoption.
• Monitor governance activities, maintain progress reports and mitigate risks or issues.
• Foster cross-functional relationships to drive continuous improvement and successful digital transformation outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration,Project Management, Information Technology, Communications or a relateddiscipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in projectmanagement, programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, consulting ordigital transformation initiatives.
• Strong project coordination and organisationalcapabilities, with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, monitorproject milestones and deliver outcomes within established timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication,presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage seniormanagement, external partners and diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Good understanding of digital transformation,stakeholder engagement, change management or technology adoptionstrategies, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Priorexperience in the social service, public or community sector would beadvantageous.
