Job summary

ARYAN SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise IT projects, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, data migration, and system integrations.

You will drive governance, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management across large-scale initiatives in Singapore. The role requires 7+ years in project management, 5+ years delivering Dynamics CRM/D365 projects, and strong knowledge of cloud-based solutions and Identity Management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
• Agile and/or Scrum certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Project Charter.
• Develop and maintain Project Management Plan.
• Prepare Requirements & Scope Documentation.
• Manage Risk & Issue Registers; track actions.
• Provide weekly Project Status Reports.
• Develop Migration Plan & Reports; ensure data integrity.
• Prepare Go-Live Readiness Assessment and Operations Handover.
• Produce Project Closure Report.

Job description

Required Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in enterprise IT projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 projects.
• Proven experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights or CRM solutions.
• Experience managing system integration, data migration, and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience delivering projects in higher education, public sector, or large enterprise environments is preferred.
