Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of building and construction projects in Singapore.

You will support the Lead Consultant (SO Representative) in managing day-to-day project operations, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Qualifications

  • Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Building Science, Project Management, Construction Management or related construction discipline.
  • Qualification must be recognised by the Board of Architects (BOA), Professional Engineers Board (PEB), or the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) in Singapore.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in the building construction industry or project management.
  • Strong understanding of construction project management principles, contract administration, and project delivery.
  • Familiarity with PSSCOC, Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract for Design and Build, and Standard Conditions of Nominated Sub-Contract.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing abilities.
  • Analytical, resourceful, and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Able to work independently and within multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Lead Consultant (SO Representative) in managing the day-to-day administration and execution of building contracts.
  • Plan, coordinate, monitor, and implement project activities in accordance with the approved construction programme.
  • Organise and participate in project briefings, presentations, technical reviews, progress meetings, and other stakeholder engagements.
  • Coordinate project implementation, including contract administration, obtaining statutory approvals and permits, and supervising construction works.
  • Monitor contractors' and consultants' submissions, including authority submissions and approvals, shop drawings, method statements, material samples, timber mock-ups and sample units, inspection schedules and work trade demonstrations.
  • Review and monitor the overall project master programme, ensuring milestones, timelines, and construction budgets are achieved.
  • Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors and other project consultants to prepare project cash flow forecasts, progress reports, and cost updates for management and client presentations.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities to facilitate smooth project delivery.

About the Role
