Job summary

Anradus Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Project Manager (Construction) to oversee daily construction activities, coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, and ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet safety and quality standards.

You will plan manpower and equipment, monitor progress, prepare progress reports, and drive site safety and ISO-compliant documentation while leading site teams across islandwide projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of relevant construction experience.
• Able to read and understand 2D/3D CAD and Revit BIM drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and workplace safety requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work six days per week at construction sites and factory premises if required.
• Possess a Class 2/3 driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities and provide timely project updates to management.
• Lead project teams, site supervisors, workers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to prevent shortages and delays.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work meets schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Control manpower and project costs to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Attend or chair project and site meetings.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate contingency measures.
• Oversee quality inspections and workplace safety and health compliance.
• Prepare project progress reports and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure changes to drawings, specifications, and work scopes are properly documented.
• Maintain site documents and records according to ISO requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Working Location: Islandwide (office at Ubi)

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus+ Transport Allowance

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
