Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects across islandwide sites. You will collaborate with the Quantity Surveyor, site engineers and supervisors to plan, budget, allocate resources, and drive timely project completion.

You will ensure projects stay within budget, scope and quality standards, coordinate with external vendors, obtain necessary permits, and manage daily site operations to meet deadlines and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Quantity Surveyor, Site Engineers and Supervisors on project planning and budgeting.
• Manage resources to ensure timely completion and adherence to scope and quality.
• Oversee implementation and completion within time, cost and quality targets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for requirements, planning and daily site operations.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain permits/licenses and ensure compliance with MOM, NEA, HDB regulations.
• Plan manpower, equipment and materials to stay within budget.
• Schedule construction activities to meet key deadlines and monitor stock levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Quantity Surveyor, Site Engineers, and Supervisors on project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and timely project completion.
• Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget, scope, quality standards, and schedule.
• Manage the overall implementation and completion of projects within the required time, cost, and quality standards.
• Lead and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on project requirements, planning, and daily site operations.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with external vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain the required permits and licenses from relevant authorities and ensure site compliance with applicable regulations, including MOM, NEA, and HDB requirements.
• Plan and manage manpower, equipment, and materials throughout the project while keeping within budget.
• Plan construction activities and project schedules to ensure key deadlines are met.
• Arrange equipment and materials and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or delays.
• Supervise the project team, provide guidance, and resolve site issues or conflicts when required.
• Monitor project progress and prepare timely reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and report any safety issues.
• Lead Site Coordinators, safety personnel, Supervisors, and site workers in daily project activities and progress.
• Manage Site Coordinators on required submissions and coordinate work progress matters with consultants and relevant authorities.
• Prepare site documentation, including method statements, project programmes, and other required submissions.
