Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Engineer for our Ubi site in Singapore. The role involves supervising daily site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring works meet drawings, specifications and safety requirements.

Requirements include a Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ site experience, preferably in residential building projects. Reading drawings and basic design software knowledge are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for residential projects per drawings and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor civil, structural and architectural works including excavation, formwork, concreting, masonry and tiling.
• Review drawings, identify discrepancies and resolve technical issues on site.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet quality standards.
• Monitor progress, manpower and materials; update on delays and risks.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and Singapore regulations.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation (daily reports, RFIs, progress updates).

• Working Hours: 5.5 Days; Monday – Friday (8.30am – 6pm), Saturday (9am – 1pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for residential building projects, ensuring works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of works.
• Monitor civil, structural and architectural works including excavation, reinforcement, formwork, concreting, masonry, waterproofing, tiling and finishing works.
• Review construction drawings, identify discrepancies and coordinate with consultants and relevant parties to resolve technical issues on site.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship, materials and construction activities comply with project quality standards and requirements.
• Monitor project progress, manpower and material requirements, and provide regular updates on site status, delays and potential risks.
• Ensure all works comply with approved safety procedures, workplace safety requirements and relevant Singapore construction regulations.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation including daily reports, inspection records, progress updates, RFIs, defect lists, testing records and handover documents.

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant site experience, preferably in residential building construction projects.
• Good knowledge of civil, structural and architectural construction methods, sequencing and site coordination.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Proficiency in Design Software and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction practices, quality standards and workplace safety requirements.
