ADVANCE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site activities across Singapore projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of project management experience in construction, with strong English and Chinese communication skills. You will coordinate with CM teams, QAQC, safety, and subcontractors, ensuring safe, timely, and compliant progress. The position is full-time with multi-location project exposure and a company-provided

Responsabilités

• Liaise with CM team for daily site activities reporting.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and attend weekly coordination meetings.
• Ensure site work progress is well coordinated and safe.
• Work with Technical, QAQC and safety teams and ensure all MEP work meets specifications.
• Plan subcontractor manpower, equipment, materials and access.
• Timely availability of construction information for reporting.
• Attend all site inspections as requested by construction team.
• Prepare site documents for submission through Document Controller via DMCs.
• Prepare weekly schedules to monitor and control site progress.
• Resolve site coordination problems between disciplines and raise RFIs.
• Identify QAQC site queries to QAQC team.
• Monitor MEP work during installation and ensure quality of finish.
• Prepare handing over documents at project completion.

Job Description & Requirements:

Due to business expansion, we are now seeking experienced and responsible Construction Manager to join our team and grow with the company.

Occupation: CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (Full Time)

Working Days: 5.5 days per week

Annual Leaves: 14 days

Monthly Salary Range: (SGD) 6,500 - 7,000

Work Location: TUAS (company-provided shuttle bus service available) /

Multiple work locations across Singapore, depending on project location.

Main Responsibilities: (Over all in charge of site construction activities)

• To liaise and deal with CM team for daily site activities reporting.

• To prepare and submit progress report and attend weekly coordination meeting.

• Ensure site work progress is well coordinated and run smoothly and safely.

• To work with Technical, QAQC and safety team and ensure all the MEP work is completed according to the required specifications, approved MOS, MSRA, approved drawings and shop drawings and materials.

• Planning ahead in terms of subcontractor manpower, equipment, materials and access.

• Timely availability of construction information for reporting.

• Attend all site inspection as and when requested by construction team.

• To prepare all site documents as necessary for our Document controller to submit through DMCs.

• To prepare weekly schedule to monitor and control site progress.

• To resolve all site coordination problems between different disciplines based on approved construction drawing and shop drawing and raise RFI to DC for submission.

• To identify QAQC site queries to the QAQC team at various stages of the projects.

• Monitoring and supervise the MEP work during the site installation and ensuring Quality finished product in the project.

• Preparing handing over documents and report at the project completion.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry

• Proven track record in successfully managing complex construction projects, from inception to completion

• Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to navigate challenges and find creative solutions

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stake holders

• Thorough understanding of construction regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards

• Proficiency in project management software and tools

• Fluent in both English and Chinese
