Job summary

tat hin builders pte ltd in Singapore seeks a capable project coordinator to assist the Senior Project Manager/HOD in coordinating ongoing construction works.

You will oversee site operations, monitor contractor activities, ensure quality and safety, and help with feasibility studies and issue resolution to keep projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Project Manager/HOD in the coordination of ongoing projects.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure construction progress aligns with plans.
• Monitor contractor activities to maintain coordination with stakeholders, tenants, subcontractors and operations teams.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and meet high quality standards.
• Support feasibility studies and identify construction-related issues requiring resolution.

Job description

• Assist the Senior Project Manager/HOD in the coordinator of work for the on-going project
• Manage the project sites and operations by overseeing the day to day running of all matters related to the construction of the project.
• Manage and monitor the activities of appointed contractors to ensure their works are coordinated with stakeholders, tenants, subcontractor and operation colleagues of the commercial building
• Ensure that all projects are duly completed within budget and high quality
• Ensure goals are met with regards to customer satisfaction, quality and team performance
• Ensure that all workplace safety rules and regulations are being observed to the construction of the project
• Assist Senior Project Manager/HOD in the feasibility study of identified projects as they arise
• Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions
