Job summary

ONCOD PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Construction Project Lead to supervise multiple projects from planning to completion.

You will craft schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulators to ensure on-time delivery and constructability. The role requires mentoring site engineers and supervisors, monitoring quality, safety, and compliance with WSH, BCA and MOM, and driving continuous improvement in productivity and outcomes.

• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Control project costs, variations, procurement, and contract administration.
