Job summary

KILOWATTS ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable Project Manager to oversee targeted projects from initiation to completion. You will assemble and direct project staff, schedule timelines and coordinate with main contractor, consultants and clients on site.

The role emphasizes monitoring progress, reporting to stakeholders, managing changes, resolving conflicts, ensuring safety and timely delivery while liaising with site teams and suppliers to keep construction

Responsibilities

• Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects.
• Assemble, coordinate project staff and provide direction and support to project team.
• Plan and schedule project timelines.
• Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project output.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
• Attend site meetings with main contractor, consultant, architect and client.
• Liaise with site staff, supervisors, foremen and suppliers.
• Ensure timely delivery and execution of project.
• Adhere to construction safety rules and regulations.
