Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large construction projects from start to finish.

You will oversee schedule, budget, quality, safety, and performance, directing project teams and coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities. The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering or related field and at least ten years of senior project management experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction, with experience in a senior project management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall delivery of construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Manage project schedule, budget, quality, safety and overall project performance.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the project team, including Project Managers, Engineers and site teams.
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and relevant authorities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and contract requirements.
• Review and manage project costs, variations, claims and commercial matters.
• Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate solutions to minimise delays and cost overruns.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with relevant construction regulations, quality standards and WSH requirements.
• Oversee project handover and ensure successful completion within the agreed timeline and budget.
