Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (Singapore Branch) invites an experienced architect to lead design and architectural management for LTA rail projects in Tampines. You will oversee contract administration, planning, and coordination with consultants and stakeholders.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in architecture, with 8+ years leading design teams on large-scale projects. Independent, proactive, and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of architectural experience with recognized Degree in relevant field.
• At least 8 years of experience in managing design and architectural teams for projects of similar scale, complexity of Architectural work at LTA Rail Project.
• Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
• Independent, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and emotional maturity.
• Location: Tampines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the APS Contract – Ensure contractual obligations, project scope, deliverables, cost, quality, and compliance with LTA requirements are properly managed.
• Develop and monitor work programmes, construction methodologies, schedules, milestones, and critical activities to ensure timely completion.
• LTA Standards & Workmanship – Ensure all works comply with LTA specifications, approved drawings, standards, quality requirements, and required workmanship.
• Subcontractor & Supply Chain Management – Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, manpower, materials, and resources to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Project Coordination & Meetings – Attend LTA architectural and project team meetings, coordinate with consultants and stakeholders, resolve project issues, and follow up on actions and deliverables.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
