Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (Singapore Branch) is seeking an experienced architect with at least 8 years in architectural delivery to lead site coordination in Tampines. The role focuses on managing site activities, reporting daily progress and manpower, and coordinating with subcontractors and materials to ensure timely completion.

Candidates should have 6+ years leading architectural teams, strong knowledge of LTA requirements, and proven ability to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant architectural experience with a recognized Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience managing architectural teams on projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature.
• Proven experience in site coordination, architectural works, subcontractor management, and project delivery.
• Good knowledge of LTA requirements, architectural standards, specifications, and workmanship.
• Strong ability to coordinate with LTA, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Site Works Management – Assist the APS Project Manager in managing and coordinating daily site activities according to drawings, methodology, programme, and LTA requirements.
• Progress & Manpower Reporting – Monitor daily site progress, manpower deployment, productivity, and work status; provide daily reports to the Project Manager.
• Subcontractor & Material Management – Manage subcontractor manpower, material allocation, equipment, and deliverables to ensure resources and progress.
• Programme & Recovery Management – Monitor site works against schedule, identify delays, and implement recovery measures to catch up.
• Work Permit & Safety Management – Review and sign off work permits; ensure controls are in place and site is safe before works commence.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
