Job summary

Recruitco Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to manage design coordination and on-site execution for an LTA infrastructure project in Singapore.

You will liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure compliance with design, regulatory and quality requirements, while controlling schedules and drawings. The role includes coordinating interfaces and overseeing on-site erection and handover.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• At least five years of relevant architectural coordination experience.
• Proven experience working on transit infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating interfaces with multiple disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit or BIM knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural design and construction activities for the LTA project.
• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and clarifications.
• Coordinate interfaces with structural, civil, M&E and other disciplines.

LTA Project | Transit Infrastructure

Salary: $4,000-$5,000 per month
Working Schedule: 5.5-day work week
Monday-Friday: 8.30am-5.30pm
Saturday: 8.30am-12.30pm

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to manage architectural design coordination and site execution for an LTA infrastructure project.

You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams to ensure architectural works meet design, quality, regulatory and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural design and construction activities for the LTA project

• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other project stakeholders

• Review project specifications, architectural plans, technical clarifications and construction drawings

• Coordinate architectural interfaces with structural, civil, M&E and other disciplines

• Identify and resolve design discrepancies, interface issues and site constraints

• Prepare, review and coordinate construction, shop and as-built drawings

• Ensure drawings are properly controlled, circulated and updated for construction

• Coordinate with consultants on design, technical and statutory compliance matters

• Manage architectural work schedules, material requisitions, documentation and cost-control activities

• Oversee architectural works on-site and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications

• Monitor subcontractors' progress, workmanship and quality standards

• Support architectural submissions, approvals, inspections and project handover

• Ensure works comply with LTA requirements, Singapore building regulations and project quality standards

• Perform other project-related duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering from an institution recognised by the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA)

• At least five years of relevant architectural coordination experience

• Proven experience working on LTA or similar transit infrastructure projects

• Experience managing architectural interfaces, design coordination and construction activities for projects of comparable scale and complexity

• Good understanding of LTA design, submission and approval processes

• Proficient in AutoCAD for architectural drawing review and coordination

• Working knowledge of Revit or other BIM software is advantageous

• Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulatory requirements

• Effective communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities

• Able to manage subcontractors and work independently in a multidisciplinary project environment
