PERSOL is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead major construction projects from inception to completion in Singapore. You will drive tendering, budgeting, and adherence to PQP while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Lead development of construction methodologies, manage KPIs, and mentor project teams to deliver on time within budget. This role focuses on quality, safety, and value engineering across all project phases.

Responsibilities:
Uphold core values and project excellence throughout all phases.
Actively engage in tendering processes alongside relevant departments as directed by senior management.
Assume overall responsibility for project management upon securing contracts.
Develop comprehensive Project Construction Methodology for approval by top management, including planning of construction methods, sequences, manpower, and equipment.
Collaborate with the project manager and relevant teams to finalize the construction budget for management approvals.
Review and ensure adherence to the Project Quality Plan (PQP) throughout the project lifecycle.
Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and staff.
Supervise the preparation of monthly progress reports by project managers in a timely manner.
Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality standards.
Lead initiatives for value engineering and cost-saving measures while authorizing site purchases and rentals.
Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to foster communication and collaboration.
Conduct joint site inspections with project teams to enhance operational efficiency and address any performance issues.
Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to client requirements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation to support variation orders and project finalization.
Foster team cohesion and a positive working environment.
Ensure the formulation and implementation of a Project BIM Execution Plan in line with the corporate strategy.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience managing large-scale construction projects.
Experience working on mixed-development or commercial building projects.
Proven track record with familiarity in authority submissions and regulatory standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in Building Information Modeling (BIM).
