Job summary

PRESICO ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable project leader to drive full lifecycle projects, ensuring on-time delivery and profitability.

You will coordinate budgets, vendors, and teams while upholding standards, codes, and client relationships. Reporting to Managing Director, you will optimize outcomes and support continuous improvement. This role requires hands-on oversight of progress, cost management, and compliance with safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Report project progress regularly to the Managing Director to ensure transparency and informed decision-making
• Manage assigned projects by coordinating tasks and resources to meet project goals and deadlines
• Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and provide timely profit and attendance updates to the Director
• Evaluate shortlisted vendors, subcontractors, and specialists by analyzing comparisons and recommending options for final approval by the Managing Director
• Execute contract and customer management activities to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure all project work complies with specifications, codes, standards, and regulations to maintain quality and safety
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through value engineering and present proposals to the Managing Director before consultant submission
• Lead and supervise team members to deliver daily tasks aligned with project requirements and quality standards
• Monitor project milestones and progress, taking corrective actions to meet critical deadlines
• Manage and submit variation costs, ensuring approval before awarding work or processing claims from subcontractors and vendors
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management to support project completion and ad-hoc assignments

Other Information

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1800 hours,
• Saturday , 0900 - 1300 Hours (alternate Saturdays)
