• Team & Stakeholder Management

  Lead and supervise the project team, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution and compliance.

• Site Coordination & Monitoring

  Oversee daily site operations and coordinate all site activities. Conduct site inspections and ensure works comply with specifications, drawings, and safety regulations.

• Procurement & Cost Control

  Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Monitor cost control measures and ensure project stays within financial targets.
