Job summary

Katong Builder Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects from initiation through handover. You will coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, and workers, ensuring schedules, quality, and safety standards are met across multiple sites.

With a strong background in construction management and government liaison, you will drive strategic planning, financial oversight, and HR administration to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate Diploma Level 7 in Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum 8 years progressive experience in construction project management and business operations.
• Proven experience in senior management, strategic planning and government liaison.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore construction regulations, WSH standards and employment laws.
• Demonstrable track record in financial management, HR administration and business development.
• Fluent in English; strong interpersonal and leadership communication skills.
• Degree-equivalent qualification at Level 7 is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with relevant parties on safety and statutory requirements.

6. Client & Consultant Liaison

• Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Address project-related queries and coordinate necessary follow-up actions.

7. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain project records, site reports, progress reports, drawings, and other relevant documentation.
• Track project milestones and report any delays or issues.

8. Project Completion
