Job summary

GR E&C PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate and supervise site activities from start to finish. You will ensure work aligns with approved drawings, specs and schedules while coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

The role requires a solid track record in construction management, strong leadership and the ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines, with a focus on safety and quality compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, building, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction or project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management and coordination.

Job description

Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, costs and timelines. Ensure compliance with Singapore safety regulations, building requirements and company procedures. Review technical drawings, method statements and project documentation. Identify and resolve site issues, delays and technical problems. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained. Prepare progress reports and provide updates to management. Manage project handover, defects rectification and completion works.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction/project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management and project coordination.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Good knowledge of workplace safety and Singapore construction regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/other construction software is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Relevant Singapore construction experience will be an advantage.
