SINGAPORE BUILDER'S M&E - LANDSCAPE & METAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced professional to oversee overall operations and drive construction projects from initiation through delivery.

You will coordinate managers, site staff, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget completion with quality standards. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and in-depth knowledge of contracts, budgeting and safety regulations in Singapore.

Qualificações

• Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore construction.
• Proven experience managing construction projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction operations, project management, contracts and budgeting.
• Familiarity with Singapore regulations and safety requirements.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Job Description

• Oversee and manage the overall operations of the construction company.

• Identify and resolve operational, technical and project-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore construction regulations, workplace safety requirements and company policies.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with clients, business partners and subcontractors.
• Prepare management reports and provide regular updates to company directors.
• Lead business development activities and identify new construction opportunities.
• Ensure the company's overall construction operations are efficient and profitable.

Requirements
