Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Construction Management or related field, PE Board or Registered Resident Engineer.
• Minimum 15 years of related working experience in building and infrastructure projects, incl. $80m+ scale.
• At least 10 years’ experience in managing design and construction teams.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical / Cleanroom / Data Centre projects preferred.
• Proven leadership and decision‑making capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in risk management, financial management and change control.
• Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

Role Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of related working experience in building and infrastructure projects, preferably with an established construction firm managing sizeable projects exceeding $80m.
• At least 10 years’ experience in managing design and construction teams.
• At least 10 years’ experience in managing design and construction teams for Projects in similar scale and complexity.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical / Cleanroom / Data Centre projects preferred.
• Extensive experience in a senior project management role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to represent and make timely decisions.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management, financial management, and change control.
• Strong understanding of contractual, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
