Job summary

UNITED E & P PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute and deliver civil engineering projects within scope, budget and schedule, while ensuring safety and quality are met.

You will lead project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, allocate resources, monitor progress, and drive on-time delivery. A Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with 8+ years in road construction or civil engineering is required; Class 3 driving license or owning a vehicle is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in road construction or civil engineering.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Class 3 driving license is an advantage; own vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan overall project schedule and deliver projects within time and budget.
• Develop project budgets and allocate resources.
• Ensure work meets Clients/Company quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, contractual requirements and regulations.
• Monitor progress and take corrective actions as needed.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Identify dependencies and critical path.
• Lead and motivate project team to achieve targets.

• Overall project planning, schedule and executing the delivery of projects within time, budget and Client’s expectations
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Ensure all works carried out meet with Clients/Company’s quality standards and requirements
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, contractual requirements, and regulations
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team

Requirement:

• Possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board
