SAKSOFT LIMITED is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Singapore to lead complex initiatives in banking and wealth management. The role requires deep expertise in wealth operations, risk and change management, and executive communication.

You will drive end-to-end project delivery across technology, operations and business units, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and successful stakeholder governance.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in project management in financial services.
• Experience with banking and investments, preferably Wealth Management.
• PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE II) is a plus.
• Experience with large-scale programs for private banks.
• Executive level communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership and independence with analytical/problem solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues.
• Continually manage stakeholder expectations through governance processes.
• Deliver executive level communication and status reporting on milestones and dependencies.
• Own the full project lifecycle end to end and ensure alignment to strategic objectives.
• Prepare detailed project plans and manage day-to-day activities and committees.
• Coordinate interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.
• Monitor progress to resolve issues and ensure scope, schedule, budget and quality.

Key Skills:

Experienced project manager with product and operational expertise in banking and investments, preferably Wealth Management

Sound knowledge in Wealth operational process, investment products domain and services.

Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent

Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus

Prior experience with large scale programs for private banks (or equivalent) is required

A confident and self-aware leader with a high degree of independence with analytical/problem solving ability

Demonstrated at least 9 - 12 years of experience in project management with the focus on financial services

Able to clearly articulates complex matters and provide recommendations on best course of action to be taken

Full end to end project management in a lead role

Executive level communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder and Communications Management

• Manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues

• Provide status reporting regarding milestones, deliverable, dependencies, communicating across leadership and business stakeholders

Process and Delivery Execution

• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business
• Own the full project life cycle end to end
• Ensure the program is aligned to and supports strategic objectives
• Prepare detailed project plan for all phases of the project
• Manage the day-to-day project activities, including project management working and steering committees
• Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
• Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
• Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
